Write to us
Email: hello@techarsi.com
The most useful messages are the honest ones:
- A result looked wrong. Tell us which tool, and paste the text or numbers you used if you can. Wrong answers are bugs, and we want to fix them.
- Something felt broken or unclear. A button that did nothing, a label that made no sense, a page that looked wrong on your phone — say which page and what you saw.
- A tool you wish existed. We add tools one at a time. Real requests from real people go to the top of the list.
One thing email cannot fix fast
If a tool gave you a wrong count for an important deadline, please double-check the count by hand or with the per-sentence list before you rely on it. We test carefully, but no tool is perfect, and we would rather tell you that plainly here than have you find out the hard way.
A note about privacy
You do not need to send us any of your text to use the tools — they run fully in your browser, and your words never reach us. That is the design, and it is explained on the privacy policy page. Only send sample text by email if you are happy to share it for a bug report.
